ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, i
direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commer
maintaining the public streets associated with this subdii
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of tt
project and has requested the City to accept the Pub1
Improvements. These improvements consist of curb, gutter :
sidewalk along the frontage of the project on Chinquar
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicat
streets.
