ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of PD 230, Palomar Venture
required to relinquish access rights to Palomar Airport Roa
FISCAL IMPACT
Fees have been paid by the developer to offset the cos
processing and recording this Grant Deed.

- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Palomar Venture has submitted a Grant
conveying access rights to the City of Carlsbad on P
Airport Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsl
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Palomar Venture, dated '
1985, conveying access rights to Palomar Airport Road to t
