Adopt Resolution No. --- fd&? accepting an easement for sewer ar
drain purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of Building Permit No. 84-266, 1 &
Partnership, Ltd. were required to offer for dedication a 25 foot wic
and storm drain easement off of Park Drive.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save t
expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, L. R. Partnership, Ltd. has submitted a Grant Deed c
an easement to the City of Carlsbad for sewer and storm drain purpose:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detei
to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from I. R. Partnership, Ltd., dated
1985, conveying an easement for sewer and storm drain purposes to th
Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated
reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the origina
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
