That the City Council by motion authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to qive instructions - to Marty Orenyak concerning neaotiations with David ThomPson (or his aagntl for 21 -000 suuare feet of land located aG-Roosevelt StreetfAAP 203-304, 2, 3, 4, 5 ; and
