RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council adopt Resolution No. Boaif/ accepting the $250 don2
from the Twin Inns for the Parks and Recreation Department's Har
cap Program.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Twin Inns wishes to contribute funds to the Handicap Progran
conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department.
A letter of appreciation will be sent to their business.
FISCAL IMPACT
The $250 will be deposited in the general fund account for
miscellaneous recreational activities.

RESOLUTION NO. 8054
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION
OF TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250).
WHEREAS, the Twin Inns donated Two Hundred and Fifty c
for the Handicapped Program offered by the Parks and ($250)
Recreation Department, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of Two
Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250) on behalf of the
citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 18th day
June , 1984 by the following vote to wit:
