RESOLUTION NO. 8055
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL:
CALIFORNIA,' ACCEPTING A GIFT FOR THE PARAMEDIC TRUST
WHEREAS, the following individual, Betty Lessing, wishes to mal
donation of $50 to the paramedic trust fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant 1
Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the city Council accepts the gift of money for the para
trust fund.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 18th day of June
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
