The original Bidding Contractors were contacted by your Construction Manager with a Pre-Bid Conference being held on June 6, 1985, and bids received on June 13, 1985. We have analyzed the low bid and finding no major irregularities recommend that an award for the following Bid Package be made too: DESCRIPTION CONTRACTOR AMOUNT SE-Revised Electrical Catton/MeCutcheon Electrical $664,900.00 Contractors We feel this award represents a fair and reasonable price for the work in- tended. The Electrical Engineer has acknowledged that the Special Systems Subcontractor listed by Catton/McCutcheon, meets the intended qualifiaction criteria. We understand that an Agenda Bill will be prepared for City Council approval of this award on June 25, 1985. Please let me know if additional information is required or if there are any problems with this recommendation. fully submitted, TlJuCTION COMPANY Steve Mahoney Project Manager fn/ cc: Bill Miller Ruth Fletcher/City Purchasing Dennis Allison File Bill Smith EXHIBIT 2
