ENG (CAMINO POINTE) CITY RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. ri.-~pb accepting various easements for sewer and storm drain facilities. ITEM EXPLANATION: The property has since re-subdivided as CT 83-15, Camino Pointe, and various changes during construction, the location of public fac necessitate additional easements to be granted. Some unnecessary ea will also be quitclaimed. Said quitclaim deeds are scheduled for accorn Council act ion.
