RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds,
direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commei
maintaining the public streets associated with this subdi\
sion.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of tt
project and has requested the City to accept the Pub1
Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicat
streets.
