RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. d’ob - accepting an easement
drainage facilities.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of Building Permits, applicant
required to offer for dedication fifteen (15) feet of dra
age easement for storm drain and appurtenances. Said ea
ment is needed to complete the link between the exist
public drainage easements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will s
the City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.
