The Applicant is requesting that the tentative map and Specifj la g5 v kc& 0 185 be extended until July 27, 1986. The tentative map was originally approved on July 27, 1983, per Resolut: Specific Plan 185 was granted an extension to July 27, 1985 by City I Resolution No. 7941 adopted on March 19, 1985. Said extension was grar have the Specific Plan run concurrently with Carlsbad Tract No. 83-12. The Applicant agreed to pay Public Facilities Fees with the original cation. Planning and Engineering staffs have reviewed this projf recommend the Developer execute the revised Public Facilities Fee Agreer required by Council Policy No. 17.
