REASON
Mr. Trevino made a deposit for
Grading & Erosion control. The
work has been completed and
inspected and the deposit may
be released.
Mr. Wilson paid a fee for a
Site Development Plan and EIA,
Mr. Wilson withdrew his applica-
tion before any work was done
by City staff. Mr. Wilson is
requesting a refund of fees paid.
Mr. O'Gara applied for a CUP but
later withdrew his application.
Mr. O'Gara is requesting a re-
fund of his deposit.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees fo~ a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
