RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds
and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments t
commence maintaining the public streets associated with thi
subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required (
this project and has requested the City to accept the Publj
Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicate
streets.
