RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bor
and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments
commence maintaining the public streets associated with t
subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements require( this project and has requested the City to accept the Put
Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedic
streets.
