Levinson has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation of the Carlsbad Community Cable Television. In accordance with the By-Laws, Council may appoint a member to fill the unexpired term. The term will expire on 3anuary 31, 1986. Other members are Sharon Strong, 3ohn Mamaux, Bill Dominquez, and Robert Sheppard. E XHI BI TS 1. Copies of applications received. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 a 9 10 II 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. . 8138 -- -- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION. --- -- WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-law~ for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television have been approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the By-Laws require the City Council to appoint five members to the Board of Directors; and WHEREAS, William Levinson has resigned as a member of the Board and Council desires to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Calf fornia, as follows : 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television in the position vacated for a term expiring 3anuary 31, 1986.
