Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, and
direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this private
development.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this
project and has requested the City to accept the Public
Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated
streets.

Tim:
Per our recent conversations, we are requesting the release of
the Labor and Materials Bond and the Faithful Performance Bond
on the above referenced project. You had asked for a letter
from whoever did the monumentation saying they had in fact done it
and been paid. According to our engineer, Frank Finney at Helix
Engineering, we recorded no maps and set no points. It was all
taken care of by previous owners and owners of adjacent properties.
The Grading and ERosion Control Bond on this project was released
last November. If you need further information or have questions,
don’t hesitate to call me.

Engineering project consisting of Koll-Improvements at east
side of El Camino Real north of Palmer Way on which Helix
Engineering was the Contractor, and Safeco Insurance Company of
America was the surety, was completed.
