does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hl
grants access rights for Lat 473 of Tract 72-20, Unit 3
7950 to Venado Street and authorizes the Mayor to execi
Quitclaim Deed to that effect.
2. That access riqhts to said lot are denied
Cadencia Street and authorizes the recordation of grant der
that effect.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to causi
original Deed and Quitclaim to be recorded in the Office o
