You should review them to insure that we hae accurately reflected your intentions in the matter, in particular, with regard to the developer's obligations for the construction of Rancho Santa Fe Road from Olivenhain Road to Melrose Drive. Finding No. 8 is added to read as follows: -- "9) Pursuant to the La Costa Master Plan the Ci Council has considered the approval of four projects, CT LCDP 85-1, Vista Santa Fe; CT 85-15, LCDP 85-2, Park View CT 8-5-47-PUD-86, Vista Santa Fe; and CT 85-6-PUD-80, Dao Southwest. These projects will add a substantial amount traffic to Rancho Santa Fe Road which is already operatinc its design capacity. These four projects have been condii with interrelated conditions insuring that Rancho Santa Ft will be improved from Olivenhain Road to La Costa Avenue ] occupancy of any of the homes within the four projects an( the City Council will determine the timing and extent of 4 improvements to be required for the remaining portion of 1 Santa Fe Road between La Costa Avenue and Melrose Drive PI final map approvals.
