That Tentative Tract Map CT 85-7 and Condomi Permit CP-312 are hereby approved subject to all applicab requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the conditions contained in Planning Comm Resolution No. 2460, dated July 10, 1985 marked Exhibit F attached hereto and made a part hereof except the followi additional conditions numbered 64, 65, 66, and 67: "64.
