RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refvnd of the following fees:
Hsnry Tubbs $1,031.00
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Mr. Tubbs posted a cash
deposit for Grading. The
grading is complete and has
been approved by the Engin-
eering Dept. Mr. Tubbs is
requesting a refund of his
deposit.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for ser~ices which cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
