CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
That the City Council by motion authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the Council hold a closed session to
discuss Elsner et al. v. City of Carlsbad and
Monahan v. City of Carlsbad pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a).
