ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final ma
Carlsbad Tract 82-24, a 288-unit condo project located on
north side of Paseo Del Norte for conformance with
Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code.

This project is estimated to generate sewer connection fee
