ITEM EXPLANATION:
The replacement of the Heating/Air Conditioning System has been completed. The final costs €or the contract were $132,473. This included four change orders that were handled administratively
in the amount of $12,723.
Daniel and Associates was the consultant that prepared the original
staff performed the final inspection and are satisfied with the end product.
