Subdivision Monumentation 1046978 in the amount of $500.1 ITEM EXPLANATION: The Developer has constructed all improvements required of project and has requested the City to accept the Pi Improvements. These improvements are as follows: 98 linear of curb and gutter, 115 linear feet of A.C. pavement, 475 lj feet of six inch potable water main, one fire hydrant, seven inch potable water service, one gate valve, seven - four sewer service laterals and two sewer manholes.
