RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-21, Tamarack Beach
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
between Walnut Avenue and Pine Avenue for conformance
Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The project would consist of 23 hotel rooms, 54 t
condominiums and a 3,690 square foot restaurant.
The final map conforms substantially with the Cond
Approval and the tentative map as approved by the
Commission on September 12, 1984, per Resolution No. 2331
The applicant is required to improve Carlsbad Boulevard c
of curb and gutter, sidewalk, street lights, and pavern
the frontage of the project.

FISCAL IMPACT:
NO detailed economic impact analysis of this development
conducted. While increased operating expenses relatc
development are expected to be offset from increased t
revenue, no exact percentage of offset can be predicted.
