RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. I_ Ydf accepting an easement
construction of a portion of Impala Drive.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Due to the raising of the cul-de-sac on Impala Drive to i
for proper line-of-sight into the maintenance yard at
Carlsbad Safety and Service Center, the owners of Parcel
and 13, south of Impala Drive and directly west of the S:
Center, were asked to dedicate an additional easement alonc
right-of-way on a portion of Impala Drive. The easement
necessary to accommodate the slopes.
FISCAL IMPACT
None. The easement is granted at no expense to the City.
