FILE SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACTIONS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That Council adopt Resolution No. f/% authorizing certain
employees to file small claims actions on behalf of the City of
Carlsbad.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Due to changes in City staff, it is occasionally necessary to update the list of employees who are authorized to file small claims court actions on behalf of the City. The attached reso-
lution will authorize certain employees to collect bills owed the City. A copy of this resolution is filed with the Court.

RESOLUTION NO. 8190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING CERTAIN
EMPLOYEES TO FILE CITY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES IN
SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the City to file claims for
damages in the Small Claims Court of the North County Judicial
District; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to designate certain employees to
file such claims on its behalf;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
