ITEM EXPLANATION The City Council, at your meeting of September 17, 1985 di City Attorney to prepare the document necessary to approve Tract Map CT 84-33 and Planned Unit Develupment PUD-74 as by the Planning Commission with the following addition to 42(e): "It is Council's intention that if a signal is required and the City determines that other projects in the area contribute to the need then the City will agree to use its best efforts to obtain reimbursement for the developer from such projects for their proportionate share of the sign Council should satisfy itself that the addition accurately your intentions in the matter.
