ITEM EXPLANATION Engineering staff has completed checking the final m Carlsbad Tract 83-2, Unit 3, CP-225, a 58-unit condo pr located on the northwest side of Poinsettia Lane for co mance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Muni Code. The final map conforms substantially with the C tions of Approval and the tentative map as approved b City Council on April 19, 1983, per City Council Resol No. 7191. The proposed density for this project D.U's/acre. The density requirements as per the new Ge Plan are 4.1 to 9 D.U.'s/acre.
