Adopt Resolution No. f287 acceptinq easements for purposes of a portion of Seaview Way.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
692, property owners were required to offer for dedicatj
total of 39 feet of right-of-way along a portion of the East
side of Seaview Way.
As 19 condition of approval of Minor Subdivisions 660, 676
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save
City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot "J" as shown on Record of Survey No. 1877; thence North 23-33-00 West along the Southwesterly boundary line of Said Lot "J" a distance of 179.37 feet to a point on the Northerly line
of Chestnut Avenue as shown on said record of survey; thence

RESOLUTION NO. 8207
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS
WHEREAS, Honda, Mullins and Shafer have submitted Grant
Deeds conveying easements to the City of Carlsbad for road
purposes for Minor Subdivisions 660, 676 and 692; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds from Honda, Mullins and Shafer,
dated September 18, 1985, conveying Right-of-way to Seaview Way
to the City of Carlsbad which are on file with the City Clerk and
are incorporated herein by reference, are accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the
original Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
appropriate Certificates of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 15th day of October , 1985
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
