ITEM EXPLANATION: Engineering staff has completed checking the final m Carlsbad Tract 82-6, Units 1, 2 and 3, a 57-unit reside project located on Park Drive and Neblina Drive for confor1 with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal The final map conforms substantially with the Conditio Approval and the tentative map as approved by City Counc October 19, 1982, per Resolution No. 7033. An adjacent subdivision, CT 74-19, required dedicati Neblina Drive with an offer of dedication for a one "blocker strip" which protected the City's right to acces: use of public roads. As a condition of approval to Ct I the developer is required to dedicate right-of-way to Ne1 Drive, therefore the "blocker strip" is no longer needed. necessary for the Council to accept the "irrevocable off1 -- u_y dedicatioo" so that the blocker strip can be removed. A one year extension of time was granted on October 2, 1981 Resolution No. 7759.
