RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. gZ66 approving the acceptance E
execution of various graz-deeds as described below.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The conditions of approval for CT 84-7, La Costa Racquet C
(a/k/a La Costa Condominiums), allowed the developer of tl
project the option of constructing a crib wall or grading
slopes at a 2.5:l ratio. Additionally, if the crib w
alternative is chosen, the City agreed to exchange land
order that the crib wall would lie entirely within
subdivision and the area of the park would not change.
To accomplish the exchange of property, Daon Corporation
granting Parcel D (see Plat of Project), to the City to off
the loss of park land due to construction of the crib wall.
Additionally, Daon is granting parcels B and C to the City
the City in turn, will convey these Parcels and Parcel A (wh the City already owns) to La Costa Partners, the developer
La Costa Racquet Club.
With this exchange, the area of Stagecoach Park Will remain
same and the crib wall constructed by the developer will
located completely within private property and maintenE
thereof shall be the responsibility of the developer.

Commission adopted Resolution No. 2341 recommending to the
Council that Tentative Tract Map (CT. 84-7) and Condominium

October 16, 1984 held public hearings to consider the
recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opp
