TITLE: NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR RENOVATION OF CHASE FIELD CITY Am- RESTROOM/SNACK BAR FACILITY
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council accept the Notice of Completion for the renovation of
restroom/snack bar facility at Chase Field and further direct the
City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion and release the bonds
in accordance with City requirements.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The renovation of the restroom/snack bar at Chase Field is complete. The final costs for the contract were $48,571. This included nine
change orders that were handled administratively in the amount of
$1,393.
Four Design was the architect that prepared the original plans and specifications for the project. City staff performed the final
'inspection and is satisfied.
Fiscal Impact:
Funds were budgeted in the amount of $47,178 to pay for the final project costs of $48,571. Anadditional $1,188 was required for completion, and the revenue was available in the Parks Division's budget .
