ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS OF SEWER LINE
TITLE:
AT SPRUCE STREET (S.E. 3) CITY MOR.^!^
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds,
and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to
commence maintaining the sewer line associated with this
development.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements of the sewer
line, consisting of 154 feet of. A.B.S. sewer line and two
cleanouts, required of this project and has requested the City
to accept the Public Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain the constructed sewer
line.
