A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, James and Kimberly Grant have submitted a Grant Deed COI
an easement to the City of Carlsbad for sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE7 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from James and Kimberly Grant, dated Sep
1985, conveying a sewer easement to the City of Carlsbad which is on
the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deet
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, Si
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
