The final map conforms substantially with the Condition
Approval and the tentative map as approved by the City Cou
on April 19, 1983, per City Council Resolution No. 7191
one-year extension of time was granted by City Cou
Resolution No. 8212 on October 15, 1985.
I FISCAL IMPACT
This project is estimated to generate sewer connection fee
approximately $132,000.00 and Park-in-lieu fees of appr
mately $57,288.00 (132 single family attached at $434.00
unit). The exact amount of Public Facilities Fees are unk
until the applicant submits applications- -for building perm
at $116,610.00.
The project should also generate Water Capital Fees estim
No detailed economic impact analysis of this development
been conducted. While increased operating expenses relate
this development are expected to be offset from increased or fee revenue, no exact percentage of offset can
predicted.
