Dear Sirs,
Enclosed is a request for extension of CT 81-.50/PUD 37.
It would benefit this homeowner and the city that this tentative map be extended as designed.
The city has expended approximately $ 80,000.00 on the James Drive Assessment District, of which this property is a part. I have my subdivision map, grading plan, and street improvement
plans complete and awaiting final approvals. Any delays or chant at this stage would create unwanted hardships and further delayE
Flease feel free to call myself or Joseph Lukoski, Civil Engineer ( 729-4340 ), if there are any questions regarding this matter.
Thank you, -
