required to offer for dedication 197 feet of right-of-way 2
portion of the easterly end of Knowles Avenue and 452 f
right-of-way along a portion of the easterly end of
Drive.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will E

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Villas De Carlsbad, Ltd. has submit
Grant Deeds conveying easements to the City of Carlsba
street purposes for a portion of Knowles Avenue and a pa
of Laguna Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of CarlsbE
determined it to be in the public interest to accept
