RED CITY MGR RECOMMENDED ACTION: Council adopt Resolution No. B'R )Irto prioritize and recommend projects for Twelfth Year Community Development Block Grant funding ($190,172). ITEM EXPLANATION The City of Carlsbad has signed an agreement with the County of San Diego to participate in the Urban County's Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Year Block Grant application. This is the Twelfth Year Block Grant project selection. The City will receive approximately $190,172 for projects. In October, staff held two public meetings to gather input from citizens. City departments were asked to submit project requests. The following projects were submitted for consideration. Council is asked to select projects for funding.
