CITY CITY 12/10/85 PANNONIA - CARLSBAD TRACT 85-18 CA ITEM EXPLANATION The City Council at their meeting of November 26, 1985 direct City Attorney to prepare documents approving CT 85-18. The resolution attached carries forward the conditions of approva recommended by the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 2470 as follows: 1. Condition No. 52 with regard to making a cul-de-sac of E 2. Condition No. 11 providing for a community recreation IC 3. Condition No. 60 has been added to provide that Skyline Drive has been deleted. been deleted. Sunnyhill shall be extended through the subdivision to c with Hillside and that Telescope shall be looped to conn Skyline. The City Engineer is authorized to make any ch necessary in the tentative map to reflect this condition 4. Conditions No. 61 through 65 have been added and reflect conditions worked out between the applicant and Bristol Homeowner's Association. 5. That subdivision CT 85-18 is hereby approved ( to all applicable requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal CI to the satisfaction of the conditions contained in Planninc Commission Resolution No. 2470 dated August 28, 1985 markec Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof with the following exceptions: 1. Conditions 11 and 52 are deleted. 2. Conditions 60 through 67 have been added to r follows: 60. Skyline Road and Sunnyhill Drive shall be extended th the subdivision to connect with Hillside Drive, Telescope Engineer is authorized to make any changes necessary in th tentative map to effectuate this condition. 61. The design of all interim and per desiltation basins shall be accomplished using the HEC 1 STORM computer programs. Avenue shall be looped to connect to Skyline Road. All temporary desiltation basins shall be of a double design. 65. Prior to approval by the City Engineer of the removal temporary desiltation basins, the City Engineering Departn shall have more than one staff member review the erosion c measures and qive the Bristol Cove Property Owner's Associ at least 15 days written notice of the Department's intent approve the removal. Any interested party may review and comments to the City Engineering Department. 66. If the street improvements to Hillside between Park I and Highland Drive are not otherwise completed prior to tl City's final inspection of the third phase of this subdivj the applicant will remove the ditch on the west side of Hi and widen the pavement five feet bringing the total width feet.
