ITEM EXPLANAT.ION: On behalf of one of the residents of 3085 Ocean Street, Mr. Richard Nieves requested that action be taken to eliminate what he perceived as a parking problem. NATURE OF THE PROBLEM Dick Nieves of 4927 Lorna Way is concerned about cars parking in front of the gate to the residence of 3085 Ocean Street making it impossible to enter. Also consider the aspect that many residences have similar problems. DISCUSSION Ocean Street in this area is only improved on the east side of the street. There is a very high demand for parking in this, area. Because curb is impossible. Posting "No Parking Any Time" signs would be there is no curb and gutter on that side of the street, painting red that the signs would have to be installed in the street, making a impractical because of the short distance between signs and the fact being done in this area by a private consultant which will address liability problem.
