RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to record the Notice
of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Utilities and
Maintenance Departments to commence maintaining the public
streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of
this project and has requested the City to accept the
following Public Improvements;
Storm Drain Improvements;
1. 140 Linear feet 12" CMP slotted drain
2. One D-7.1 type drain basin
3. One G-1 type catch basin
4. One D-34 type headwall
5. Two access holes
Water Improvements;
8" hot tap to existing 10" water line
3122 Linear Feet of 8" A.C.P. pipe
One 3" blow-off
Two fire hydrants
Fourteen 1" water services
One 8' gate valve

Dear Brad,
All improvements for the above referenced project have been
completed and accepted by the appropriate agencies.
Striping of the island at Mountain View and Carlsbad Blvd.
will be done by the City. Moneys have been paid to them to
complete said work.
We would appreciate your proceeding on exonerations of all
bonds at this time.
Do not hesitate to call if you have any-iguestions or if I
have overlooked anything.

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in November, 1985, the
Engineering project consisting of Carlsbad Tract 81-35, The
Beach, on which Manitou Engineering, 350 West 9th Avenue,
Escondido, California was the Contractor, and Industrial
Indemnity Company was the surety, was completed.
