A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN 85-13 FOR AN 80 UNIT
APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF TAMARACK AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE.

WHEREAS on November 13, 1985, the Carlsbad Planni
Commission adopted Resolution No. 2515 approving SDP 85-13
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
December 3, 1985 held a public hearing to consider the
recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opp
