RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the foliowing fees:
Native Sun Development Co. $1,938.00
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Native Sun Dev. applied for a
Zone Change/Tent. Tract Map/
Major Condom+niurn permit &
E!A on June 28, 1985. Since
that time Native Sun has decided
not to proceed with this project
and is requesting a refund of
fees that are unexpended. This
amounts to 60% of the total fees
paid.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
