A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AC-CEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Daon Corporation has submitted a Grant
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for Park
purposes far Carlsbad Tract 84-7, La Costa Racquet Club; a
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
determined it to be in the public interest to accept
Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Daon Corporation,
November 13, 1985, conveying 3.840 acres of land for Park
purposes to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the
Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause
original Deed to be recorded in the Office of the CI
