ITEM EXPLANATION As a condition of approval of Carlsbad Tract 79-27, Ca Pointe, the owner is required to offer for dedication tw (12’) feet of right-of-way along a portion of the south sid Marron Road for drainage purposes. WHIREAS, G & G Enterprises, Inc. has submitted a Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for dri purposes over a portion of' Marron Roadj and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb determined it to be in the public interest to accep Deed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations ane true and correct. 2. That the Grant Deed from G & G Enterprises, dated November 15, 1985, conveying an easement for dr purposes over a portion of Marron Road to the City of Ca which is on file with the City Clerk i3nd is incorporated by reference, is accepted. 3.
