Marron Road for drainage purposes.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING, A GRANT DEED.
WHIREAS, G & G Enterprises, Inc. has submitted a
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for dri
purposes over a portion of' Marron Roadj and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb
determined it to be in the public interest to accep
Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations ane true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from G & G Enterprises,
dated November 15, 1985, conveying an easement for dr
purposes over a portion of Marron Road to the City of Ca
which is on file with the City Clerk i3nd is incorporated
by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to caus
