for access rights over a portion of the east side of El I

ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of PD-264, La Costa Hotel ai
Expansion the owner is required to offer for dedication
rights along a portion of the east side of El Camino Real ai
north side of La Costa Avenue. This easement gives the City con' points of access onto public streets from the Hotel and Spa complex.

WBEREAS, La Costa Hotel and Spa, a California GE
