RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the refund of the following fees:
Treetops Unlimited $2,400.00
ITEM EXPLANATION:
CITY A
The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:
Treetops Unlimited
3900 Harney St.
San Diego, Ca. 92110

REASON
Treetops Unlimited submitted
their appiication for Tentative
Track Map and Planned Unit Dev.
on the day the City Council
approved a hold on all new appli-
cations. Treetop Unlimited is
withdrawing their application
and no City work was done.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be rendeted, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
