As a condition of qpproval of P.D. 215, Sea Pointe Tech I
the owner is requirdd to offer for dedication 15 feet of 1
of-way in three locations along a portion of a privatc
within the project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will sa\
City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.
