The final map conforms subs tially with the Conditions of Approval and the tentative as approved by the City Council on November 1, 1983, per Council Resolution No. 7384. FISCAL ' IM,PA,CT This project is estimated to generate sewer connection fet approximately $131,000.00 and Park-in-lieu fees of appl mately $56,840.00 (131 single family attached at $434.0( unit). The exact amount of Public Facilities Fees are unl until the applicant submits applications for building per' The project should also generate Water Capital Fees esti at $115,280.00. NO detailed economic impact analysis of this developmen been conducted.
